| Helicopters can take-off and landing without site constraints,and switch easily between the state of flying and hovering.Helicopters has unparalleled advantages both in civil rescue and military operations.The performance of the helicopter power system depends on the transmission greatly.Common and heavy helicopters reducer usually uses gear flow-splitting transmission,for example,the main reducer of Apache Block III uses the concentric face gear flow-splitting transmission.The performance of the concentric face gear flow-splitting transmission depends on the uniformity of the branch power-flow.Therefore,it is important to research on power flow calculation method of torque splitting by the concentric face gear transmission,the main research contents included: the power flow calculation method based on the static theory of torque splitting by a concentric face gear transmission,the power flow calculation method based on the bond graph of torque splitting by a concentric face gear transmission,the power flow calculation method contrast and analysis of influencing and the power flow calculation analysis software development of torque splitting by a concentric face gear transmission.An equivalent tooth profile method of face gear transmission is presented in this thesis,and the calculation method of the stiffness which is derived by combining the equivalent tooth width formula and Ishikawa model.The equivalent gear profile method and stiffness calculation method of face gear drive are introduced into the statics analysis,a simplified model of power flow analysis is formed based on the location relation and the structural characteristics of face gear.The calculation method of the meshing phase angle of the transmission is derived.The calculation and analysis of the power flow of the system branch is finished.Based on the bond graph theory,a study on the modeling method of the power flow analysis of single face gear pair is carried out in this thesis,and a bond graph model for power flow analysis of single face gear pair is proposed.According to the structure and internal energy flow characteristics,a system model of the power flow analysis bond graph is proposed.The equation of state of the system is derived,and based on the simulink,the calculation and analysis of the power flow of the system branch is launched.The comparison and analysis of the above two kinds of power flow calculation methods under the same parameters have been carried out in this thesis and the consistency of two kinds of calculation methods of power flow is determined.According to the bond graph method of power flow calculation,the influence of transmission ratio,modulus,pressure angle,stiffness and damping on the power flow of the system is analyzed.According to the two kinds of power flow calculation method of torque splitting by a concentric face gear transmission,and using Matlab to development the static method and bond graph method function module.The power flow calculation and analysis software of transmission system is developed,which provides a reliable analytical tool for the design of the torque splitting by a concentric face gear transmission. |
