| Air traffic flow management is a systematic management of air traffic congestion.With the rapid development of civil aviation transportation industry,there are more and more aircraft and more and more air routes for air operations.The conflict between air traffic control capability and flight volume is becoming increasingly prominent.Air traffic flow management came into being at the very beginning of the organized flight of mankind.Compared with Europe,the United States,Japan and other countries,the research on air traffic flow management in our country started much later and made a series of achievements in practical technologies.However,there are still some shortcomings and problems compared with those in practical work.In recent years,with the substantial increase in the volume of international civil aviation passengers,a surge in trade volume and an increase in the size of aircraft,coupled with the growing number of aircraft,increasing flight volume,route networks and fleet sizes,Conflicts are also becoming more and more frequent,resulting in more and more delays in flights.Therefore,optimizing air traffic management is the key link.How to ensure that the aircraft is able to reduce the flight delay rate under the premise of high efficiency and safety is a long-term and arduous task.Today’s society has entered the information age of networking,automation and intelligence.All countries in the world are seeking effective ways to improve airspace capacity and reduce flight delays.Air transport relative to other means of transport in terms of his advantage is"safe,convenient,comfortable and fast",China Civil Aviation in these areas have varying degrees of inadequate,especially in traffic management for a variety of reasons caused a series of The problem has been plaguing civil aviation,such as flight delays,aircraft waiting for circling in the flight,and even preparing for return.Only by analyzing and studying the source of the flow problem and the current constraints of the air traffic flow management in our country can we better solve this problem.At present,the air traffic control bureaus in all regions of our country have realized the contradiction between the increase of flight volume and the punctuality rate of flights.They have respectively set up their own air traffic flow management rooms and then conducted macro-control over the air traffic control work in various regions.All regions The traffic management room has been gradually exercise the function of traffic management.However,the training and reserve of personnel,the carrying out and popularization of work,the use of equipment and the development of the equipment are far from sufficient.Therefore,traffic control units in different regions perform their functions instead of air traffic control units at all levels.The research focuses on the traffic management mode of Shanghai Hongqiao Airport as an example,in order to provide optimized measures in practical work.This paper first introduces the related concepts and theoretical basis of ATFM,at the same time,points out the characteristics of the development of civil aviation in China,and introduces the current situation of ATFM and the advantages and disadvantages of the existing flow patterns.On the basis of this,taking Hongqiao Airport as an example,this paper introduces some problems in the management of air traffic flow and analyzes the reason of this traffic regulation.Based on this model,it puts forward reasonable suggestions to improve traffic congestion in Shanghai area and feasible proves that it does help to reduce the delay losses. |
