At present,China's urban rail construction has entered a period of rapid development,many cities have been planning,construction and improvement their urban rail transit system.Long-term and large-scale metro construction will bring a series of urban road traffic problems.This paper classifies the methods of urban rail construction,and the construction form of the road occupation.Then analyzes the influence of different construction forms to the motor vehicle,non-motor vehicle,pedestrian and surrounding buildings.Grasp the factors of metro construction to urban road.Traffic flow related parameters of metro construction area were obtained by traffic survey.Analysis result shows that,the traffic flow characteristics at construction upstream area and construction area are different.Traffic volume and traffic composition are different in different lanes.In construction upstream area,traffic volume in middle lane is the highest and large vehicles percentage in outside lane is the highest;In construction area,traffic flow is balanced,cars percentage in inside lane is higher while large vehicle percentage in outside lane is higher.The average speed of cars,midsize cars,large vehicles in construction upstream area are 35.01,32.69,28.17 km·h-1,respectively.The average speed of cars,midsize cars,large vehicles in construction area are 28.12,27.18,26.07 km·h-1,respectively.The average time headway in construction upstream area is 6.26 s,The average time headway in construction area is 3.46 s,which is following condition.The impact of traffic capacity in different construction forms was quantitative analysed,the impact factors are divided into two parts: independent factors and combined factors.correlation analysis method was used to analyses the effect that independent factors have on traffic capacity,multi-factor of variance analysis was used to analyses the effect that combined factors have on traffic capacity.Without considering the factors that have slight influences on the result,this article establishes the traffic capacity model when the metro is under construction.Analysis result shows that,5 independent factors and 4 combined factors have obvious effect to construction road's traffic capacity.Using microscopic traffic organization,regional traffic organization,and optimize construction,to give suggestions for transportation organization.Ensure traffic orderly operation and traffic safety during construction of urban rail transit.
