With the rapid development of science and technology and economy,the building structure is more and more complicated and diversified,which puts forward higher requirements for the safety of the structure,especially the seismic performance of the structure,and increasingly becomes the research of structural engineering the key of.At present,the most common building structure is RC frame structure,because of its good durability,fire resistance and easy construction,has been widely used,therefore,RC frame structure seismic reliability analysis is particularly important.In this paper,unlike the static analysis method based on equivalent load conversion in the process of seismic reliability calculation of RC frame structure,it is combined with ANSYS by time history analysis and COMBIN 40 unit to simulate plastic hinge.Linear mechanics model,in the choice of input seismic waves on the basis of dynamic analysis to ensure the rationality of the results.A new response surface method is proposed to solve the problem of the response of the response to the structural response surface in the structural reliability analysis.Firstly,the second-order Taylor expansion of the structural response is obtained,and the opening degree and direction of the second-order Taylor expansion surface are adjusted by the approximation function and the spatial rotation transformation in the generalized Taylor expansion,so that the final approximate response surface can be better Approximation structure response surface.At the same time,this method can make full use of commercial software such as ANSYS computing function,through less sample points,combined with differential derivative method to obtain second-order partial guidance,so the use of new response surface method to indirectly construct a high-order response surface,and The function function is established,and finally the Monte Carlo method is used to calculate the structural failure probability,so it has a good practical prospect.When the new response surface method is applied to the seismic reliability analysis of reinforced concrete structures,the approximation between response surface and structural response constructed by generalized Taylor expansion and space rotation transformation method is very good.It is found that the influence of RC frame structure on seismic performance The results show that theinfluence of the threshold of the national standard on the failure probability is very obvious,and the redundancy must be set in the design.To ensure the accuracy of the calculation results,or once there are subtle errors,will have a great impact on structural reliability.
