With the continued and rapid development of China's economy, the conflict of recoverable mineral resources reserves and social demand for energy is growing, it is bound to force people turning to the exploitation of resources under the building. At the same time, the conflict of urban development and the relative shortage of land resources increased seriously, high-rise, super high-rise buildings promote to need more deep excavation, rapid development of urban underground transport, development and utilization of underground space has become the only way of development in large and medium cities. Underground mining and underground space development bring the influence on the surrounding environment, primarily presented the curvature deformation of surface which will damage the upper building. City building is mainly concrete structure, the study and experiment on influence of deformation of ground surface are few, therefore, systematic and comprehensive study the influence of curvature deformation on the performance of concrete structures, grasps the rule of the internal force , the displacement variation, the distribution of structural weaknesses and the damage evolvement process in uneven settlement which has very important urgency and foreseeing, has the important scientific and the project significance.Therefore, this article starts from the dangers of the uneven settlement to upper building , basis on existing research, through the use of finite element analysis software SAP2000 to carry out the effect of a concrete frame structure in the curvature deformation and the under coupling action of deformation and earthquake .the main contents as follows:(1)Research background and meaning of the paper are firstly introduced, then from three aspects of underground mining, urban underground space development, the properties of foundation material to discusses the research status of the uneven settlement and the effect on upper structure. (2)Describes the control parameters for uneven settlement, and discussed in detail the mechanism of impact on upper building, mainly introduce the characteristics of structural damage and various method and theory of seismic response analysis;(3)Introduces the process that using the SAP2000 finite element analysis software to mode, demonstrate the feasibility that the column foot displacement instead of settlement load, in the end discussed the implementation methods of material nonlinearity in the model and the cross-section bearing capacity calculation methods.(4)Using the SAP2000 to analysis the rule of the internal force distribution and variation of reinforced concrete frame structure.(5)Discussed the coupling method of Settlement load and seismic load, through the use of "the whole process dynamic non-linear elastic-plastic time history analysis" of SAP2000 to obtain the internal force , displacement, acceleration, shear, etc.(6)Analysis the plastic hinge distribution of the structure, the development process, and access to the law of damage accumulation and evolution of the structure, come to the weak parts of the structure under the coupling influence of Settlement and earthquake, then point out that the specification on the curvature deformation control parameters applicability.
