| Loading and unloading operations,which have important value are the core parts of safety production in ports.As the key personnel of the industry of water transportation,the drivers of ship unloader play a determining role in the safety production in ports.Therefore,whether the drivers have a good state is of great importance.Although there are some methods of fatigue detection aiming at drivers,the difficulty in wearing the equipment or the low accuracy of the equipment make the problem remain.Accidents caused by fatigue of the driver still happen from time to time.Besides,So far,there are not researches of fatigue detection aiming at the drivers of ship unloader.Regarding the issue above,by observing and analyzing the work process of the the drivers of ship unloader,a fatigue detecting scheme of drivers of ship unloader based on brain-computer interface has been proposed in this thesis.The EEG data of the drivers is detected by brain-wave receiver based on TGAM module.Afterwords,EEG data is received by host computer through Bluetooth,which also completes the task of parsing and filtering data.Besides,an measurement criteria of fatigue is presented.On this basis,the framework of the whole system has been built and a prototype of fatigue detection aiming at the drivers of ship unlaoder has been made.The main work of this thesis is presented as follows:(1)Through comparing and analyzing the most advanced methods of fatigue detection and observing the work environment of the drivers of ship unloader,a suitable fatigue detection scheme based on electroencephalograph has been proposed.(2)The emerging process of brain wave and the connection between brain wave have been introduced.Besides,the data transform architecture of TGAM module has been explored and the task of parsing and filtering data in host computer has been completed.(3)All kinds of brain wave(including the original wave,attention parameter and so on)have been compared and analyzed and an measurement criteria of fatigue has been presented.(4)A prototype of fatigue detection aiming at the drivers of ship unlaoder has been made.Besides,experiments have been conducted to the drivers of ship unloader who are in the process of work.Through analyzing the results of experiments,we have got the conclusions: the scheme of fatigue detection this thesis presents can reflect the state of the drivers of ship unloader to some extent and can warn the administrator when the drivers are about to fall asleep.(5)Design and build the framework of the fatigue detection and alarming system,including detection terminal of brain wave,transport network,integrative sever and detection terminal of host computer.Basic as well as meaningful work about the exploration of fatigue detection of the drivers of ship unloader has been done in this thesis,which has reference value to the research of fatigue detection system. |
