With the continuous development and maturity of control technology,asynchronous motor variable frequency speed control system has more and more market space and better performance.For example,in electric vehicles,industrial production and underground railway construction,more and more occasions will require the use of high-power asynchronous motors.Therefore,based on the hardware of DSP,this paper designs and explores the control algorithm of asynchronous motor and the driver which can be used in high-power asynchronous motor.The main contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,this paper briefly introduces the development background and development history of variable frequency speed control system and the theory of variable frequency speed control.At the same time,the induction motor on the basis of mathematical model and the coordinate axis conversion theory are elaborated in detail.Secondly,the decoupling between the motor torque component and the excitation component is accomplished by using the rotor field orientation method,which realizes the simulation of vector control of induction motor,and shows good speed control performance and excellent torque control performance in the simulation.Thirdly,this paper analyses the current popular SVPWM modulation algorithm,and establishes the simulation of open-loop drive motor in the process of analysis and derivation,which improves the utilization of voltage.In view of some problems caused by speed sensor in closed-loop control,the model reference adaptive method is used to weight the rotor speed.New valuation.In order to simplify the control process,this paper deduces the adaptive law of speed estimation by using the hyperstable method,and carries out simulation.The selection of simulation parameters is analyzed.The simulation results show that the system has good control performance.Finally,based on the control core of TMS320F2812 produced by TI company,the system structure of the whole driver is designed independently.It includes three circuit boards: control board,drive board and power board.The signal processing core of the control board is the minimum system of DSP.All the load modules on the power board are: power module,sampling circuit and pre-charging circuit.The drive board has modules with drive and protection function for IGBT.In the design of the whole machine,a series of measures,such as power supply isolation of high-power motor and optocoupler isolation,are adopted.Finally,the driver is tested based on the existing low-power motor,and the vector control program is programmed to ensure the normal operation of the motor.Finally,the feasibility of the design is verified.
