As a national power supply system,the main characteristic of power grid is security and stability,which must depend on the normal operation of transformers.If the equipment fails,it will cause some or all of the system equipment to stop running,resulting in serious power outage and huge economic losses.Therefore,it is very necessary to monitor the operation status of transformer in real time,find out and diagnose the potential problems of transformer as soon as possible,and prevent the occurrence of transformer fault accidents leading to heavy casualties and economic losses.In this paper,the commonly used transformers are analyzed,their fault types are classified and many monitoring methods are studied.On this basis,an on-line monitoring and diagnosis system for transformer faults is proposed.The system can complete the contravariance better by combining hardware monitoring circuit with software control program.On-line monitoring and diagnosis of pressure transformer faults.(1)Firstly,the existing classification methods and common types of transformers are analyzed,and the structural characteristics of oil-immersed transformers are emphatically discussed.According to the causes of various fault types of oil-immersed transformers,the monitoring methods are analyzed,and their application scope is analyzed in combination with the advantages and disadvantages of different methods.(2)Secondly,this paper makes a deep research on the neural network algorithm.Combining with the working characteristics of on-line monitoring and diagnosis system for transformer faults,several improved neural network structures are proposed.By analyzing different improved neural network algorithms,a neural network algorithm based on increasing momentum term is proposed.Transformer fault monitoring and diagnosis system.(3)Thirdly,the various types of faults of oil-immersed transformers are studied in depth,and the hardware sensing circuits and software control procedures for different faults are determined.The main monitoring modules include oil chromatographic measurement module,oil micro-water and oil temperature measurement module,partial discharge measurement module,etc.The functions and characteristics of data storage and management module,fault diagnosis module and web interface display module in software program are described.(4)Finally,based on the previous research,this paper designs an on-line monitoring and diagnosis management system for transformer faults.The system enables users to monitor various data of transformers in different locations through web pages,at the same time,it can also transfer historical fault data of transformers,so that operators can maintain and process them in time.
