The scale of China's power system has increased year by year,and the responsibility for maintenance and repair of related power equipment is also growing.Power transformer as a very important part of the power system,its safety and reliability is directly related to the steady operation of the entire power system.The use of manual maintenance of its regular maintenance is not timely,the test results are not accurate and other key issues,easily lead to major power system security risks.Power transformer insulation fault on-line detection system is particularly important,through the gas sensor on the transformer oil dissolved gas can be detected on the transformer fault diagnosis,can accurately determine the operation of the transformer.In this paper,by analyzing the key problems of power transformer structure,the key technology of oil and gas separation of dissolved gas in transformer oil,sensor array technology based on neural network algorithm gas detection technology,oil analysis and fault diagnosis based on improved three ratio method Key technology of the research and design of the power system transformer insulation on-line detection system for theoretical research and practical research.(1)The reason of the dissolved gas in the transformer oil is analyzed and analyzed.The gas concentration and the transformer fault type are matched by the principle analysis.Then the characteristics of the polymer separation membrane are compared and analyzed,and the permeable membrane made of PVDF material is selected to ensure the transformer online.Detection system for effective separation of dissolved gases in oil.(2)The detection scheme of transformer fault gas is studied and analyzed.It is proposed to use the sensor(MQ series gas sensor)array technology based on neural network algorithm to detect the dissolved gas in oil.The experiment proves that the gas detection module The detection accuracy of the standard.And then through the use of improved three ratio method for fault diagnosis of the transformer to confirm the type of failure,through the fault diagnosis experiment proved that the use of improved method can effectively improve the accuracy of fault diagnosis.(3)Based on the key technologies of oil and gas separation,sensor array technology based on neural network algorithm,gas detection technology,three key technologies based on improved three ratio method,the theoretical practice of three key technologies in oil analysis and fault diagnosis The system is designed for hardware and software.(4)The on-line monitoring device for dissolved gas in the developed transformer oil is applied to the main transformer of 110 KV and 35 kV substation in Wangcun Auxiliary Well Site for test verification.By comparing the accuracy of the judgment of the type of memory data of the online data monitoring and offline monitoring,To verify the credibility of the device.
