With the development of the economy and the deepening of the Internet era,the era of big data in the comprehensive supply chain management has arrived.In the increasingly competitive environment,in order to maintain the existing market share,the construction of supply chain and strengthening supplier management are essential.The establishment or optimization of a scientific and reasonable supplier performance evaluation system will help enterprises improve the management of suppliers,improve management efficiency,and enhance the competitiveness of the enterprises in the market.In this paper,the methods of literature review,investigation and research,analytic hierarchy process,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation are used to study the following contents.First of all,this paper discusses the background of the research,the significance of the research,the research status at home and abroad,and the theories and methods related to the supplier performance evaluation.Secondly,it analyzes the status of the supplier performance evaluation of Chery automobile company.On the basis of understanding and mastering the basic situation of Chery automobile company,the basic system of supplier management and the system of supplier performance evaluation,this paper expounds the problems existing in the performance evaluation of the Chery automobile company through investigation,interview,research and analysis.Again,the construction principle of the performance appraisal system of the supplier is confirmed.On the basis of the target,we use the Balanced Scorecard(BSC)to construct the first level index of the supplier performance appraisal system,and the key performance index method(KPI)to construct the two level index evaluation system,and then use the analytic hierarchy process to calculate the weight of the first and two level indexes,and through the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the supply of Chery automobile company is provided.The comprehensive evaluation of the business performance is carried out.Then,the H supplier is used as an example to evaluate the performance of the H supplier with the optimized supplier performance evaluation system.The results are analyzed and the suggestions for improving the supplier management system of the H supplier and Chery automobile company are given.Finally,the optimization of the performance of the Chery automotive supplier is made.Some rationalization proposals are given for the safeguard measures of the evaluation system.Through the research of this paper,some problems in the supplier management of Chery automobile company are revealed,especially in the process of supplier performance evaluation,and the optimization scheme and some solutions are put forward to solve these problems.It is believed that these studies are still available to improve management level,improve management efficiency and improve management efficiency of Chery m automobile company.Some help.At the same time,it is hoped that these studies can be used for reference and analysis of similar problems in other enterprises.
