In this paper,In order to solve the D company supplier management problems,Analysis of the current situation From the aspects of supplier performance management,supplier two-party audit management,supplier stock management,designated procurement management,supplier file and agreement management,this paper finds out the weak links and loopholes of D company in supplier management.Using scientific management means,targeted improvement measures are formulated to complete the management loopholes,and the project is set up to carry out the test run effect verificationThe supplier performance management strengthens the evaluation,formulates the quantitative measurement standard of red and yellow card management,combs the responsibility and flow chart,adjusts the evaluation scoring template,and implements the closed-loop management of PDCA Two party audit classification definition,clear purpose,sort out responsibilities,and effectively improve the audit effect.Stock management,increase agreement,make price change and order consumption mode,refer to VMI mode to make D company’s management process,clear roles and responsibilities.According to the key points of designated procurement,formulate management methods and flow charts,determine strategies and exemption certificates,reduce risks and ensure profits.The first mock exam is to clarify the contents of archives,sort out the responsibilities,improve the integrity and update the efficiency of archives,and make clear the Department of the archives according to the types of archives,sort out the agreement management process,ensure the signing rate,and formulate a unified template according to the type of agreement.The whole research process of this paper aims to improve the quality and effect of supplier management of D company,and find out the weak links and important influencing factors.Through clear management responsibilities,process reengineering,key control points,and specific improvement measures,the risk points of supplier management can be reduced.It has a strong guiding significance to reduce the risk points of supplier management and improve the overall level and pattern of D company’s supply chain.
