| With the rapid development of China's economy,the contradiction between supply and demand of China's domestic oil and gas resources has become more prominent.Supporting China's domestic oil and gas resources through overseas investment has become a strategic demand for China's energy.Geographically,Central Asia is adjacent to China.As a resource in Central Asia,Kazakhstan is complementary to oil and gas cooperation with China.Therefore,the space for energy cooperation has great advantages.However,due to the volatile political situation in Kazakhstan and the risk factors such as policies and regulations,there is a greater risk of cooperation between the two countries.Therefore,for Chinese energy companies,a comprehensive risk early warning system is needed to dynamically monitor the risks of Chinese energy companies investing in Kazakhstan.This would provide timely risk assessment and information feedback for Chinese energy companies,and effectively guide enterprises to risk avoidance.This is crucial for the effective investment of Chinese energy companies.This paper takes China National Petroleum Corporation as the research object,adopts a combination of theoretical research and case analysis to study the risk management of Chinese energy companies in the process of investment in Kazakhstan,and identify and evaluate the factors in risk management.The analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is used to determine the system indicators and weights,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to construct a risk management evaluation model for the operational Chinese energy enterprises in Kazakhstan.Through this model,the risks in the investment process of PetroChina are tested to identify existing problems,and accordingly,targeted countermeasures and suggestions are proposed to enhance the market competitiveness of CNPC and realize the long-term development of the company.At the same time,this paper also provides a reference for the industry to learn from. |
