As China's social economic development gradually enters into a new normal state and our country implements “One Belt and One Road”,“Yangtze River Delta urban agglomerations”,“Economic Zone around the Taihu Lake” and.etc major strategies,which brings significant opportunities for the socio-economic development in Suzhou City,but also puts forward higher requirements on regional transportation,container transportation in particular.In order to meet the growing transport needs and achieve the sustainable development of transportation,international container feeder way through transportation between S port and Yangshan port generates naturally.Based on this background,this paper tends to study the optimization of international container feeder way through transport organization between S port and Yangshan port.The main work is as follows:In the first place,the current status of international container transportation between the hinterland of S port and Shanghai port,and its problems are analyzed.Secondly,based on generation coefficient method,the international container forecasting model between the hinterland of S port and Shanghai port is constructed and applied to predict the international container traffic from 2017 to 2020,which based on the analyze of generation factors of international container transportation.Thirdly,after analyzing the relationship between the transport sharing mode and the mode of fleet deployment,this paper uses ship carrying capacity,ship speed and loading rate as variables to combine those two modes,naturally the optimization model of fleet deployment based on transport sharing is constructed.At last,according to the navigation conditions,ship type and the method of calculation,the best organization program of international container feeder way through transportion between S port and Yangshan port in 2020 is got,which is calculated by the method of nested loop.Also the suggestions to promote the development of international container feeder way through transportation between S port and Yangshan port are proposed.This study uses ship carrying capacity,ship speed and loading rate as variables to combine the transport sharing mode and the mode of fleet deployment,then the optimization model of fleet deployment based on transport sharing is constructed,which enriched the theory of the optimization about waterway container transportation.In addition,the research of this paper also provides some supports for the operation of international container transportation between S port and Yangshan port,which will promote the economic exchange between Suzhou and overseas,and enhance Suzhou's active integration with “One Belt and One Road”,“Yangtze River Delta urban agglomerations”,“Economic Zone around the Taihu Lake” and.etc major strategies in our country.Meanwhile,which laies a solid foundation for promoting the export-oriented economy in Suzhou city,and its theoretical and practical significance is considerable.
