The global manufacturing industry is in the period of rapid change,transformation and upgrading,and frequent restructuring.Facing the current serious situation from depressed demand of market,severe overcapacity,low resource utilization,and environmental pollution,the traditional development mode of manufacturers cannot meet their needs.It has become the industry consensus that advanced management concept and efficient management model.Large building material equipment group form and accumulate a large number of enterprise manufacturing resources in the long-term development.As the core strategic resource of enterprise,the processing equipment resources often appear idle,low utilization because of the unreasonable resource allocation.In this paper,to achieve the efficient utilization of equipment resources and the creation of value,the optimization configuration of equipment resources for orders from building materials equipment group is studied by following aspects,stated as below:(1)Combined with the current development situation of building material equipment manufacturing industry at home and abroad,analyze the importance of equipment resources optimal allocation to improve competitiveness for building material equipment manufacturing enterprise,and summarize problems and defects of building material equipment manufacturing industry in our country in equipment resources allocation.(2)Analyze the ordering production mode of building material equipment group,through the analysis of order processing and production process,summarize the characteristics of its production mode and the existing problems,and combined with the characteristics of group equipment resources and the problems of equipment management,propose the configuration framework of equipment resources for building material equipment group.(3)In view of the many varieties and small batch of orders,considering the product structure and production capacity,combined with the content of the order and the similarity of production process,put forward group strategy of the order grouping and parts grouping to form the virtual part;With geographical dispersion andheterogeneity,equipment resources is descripted uniformly by processing capacity yuan,and put forward equipment group strategy based on the processing characteristics to form equipment group;the group strategy of parts and equipment resources based on similar properties reduces the complexity of the allocation of resources and improve the allocative efficiency between the parts and machining equipment resources.(4)Through the description of the equipment resources selection and optimization,based on the order group and equipment group,analysis and summarize the optimization configuration process of equipment resources;establish the multi-agent equipment resource allocation model with the goal of quality and cost under the constraints of time;solve the model by improved ant colony algorithm based on gray correlation and the effectiveness of the algorithm is verified by application examples.(5)Combined with the actual development needs of certain cement equipment group,in view of the optimal allocation system of processing equipment resource from building material equipment group,do the analysis of requirement,the architecture of system and the design of function module,and applied successfully,achieve the expected effect.
