With the continuous development of social economy,the scale of highway at all levels has increased rapidly in recent years.According to the Ministry of transport statistics,by the end of 2017,the total mileage of China's roads has reached 4.85 million kilometres.According to statistics,only considering the overhaul engineering of arterial highway,the asphalt pavement waste material up to 1.6 billion tons per year.However,the recycling rate of waste materials in the country's road surface is less than 30%,more as an accumulations that can not be processed or used as a filler for low value.If the asphalt recycling technology is considered,the recycled utilization rate of the waste asphalt pavement material is about 20% according to the mature technology and regenerative equipment.In this way,recycling of waste asphalt pavement materials can be realized.However,the current regenerative mixing equipment is in the stage of the experience layout,most of which are simple stacking.With the increasing demand for mixture,unreasonable production equipment leads to an increase in production cost.Therefore,it is of great significance to accelerate the re layout of the plant mixing heat regeneration equipment,improve the production efficiency and reduce the production cost of the regenerated mixture,so as to promote the sustainable development of the road traffic in China and save the social resources.At present,most of hot regenerative equipment of mixed asphalt in China is in the stage of experience layout.Few studies have considered the layout optimization of facilities from considering the flow of materials in the production process and reducing the cost of material flow.In the face of the great demand of the current hot mix recycling plant,this paper puts forward the re layout of the typical hot regenerative equipment of mixed asphalt.On the one hand,“Typical” shows that the mixing equipment should be able to meet the reuse of RAP material,and on the other hand,the convenience of dust removal and the treatment of pollutants should be fully considered during the layout of the facilities.Therefore,with the aim of minimizing material flow cost,the layout form of mixing equipment will undoubtedly achieve great economic benefits.Considering the layout of hot regenerative equipment of mixed asphalt,we should take account of the layout of hundreds of pairs of facilities.In order to reduce the randomness of layout,the concept of basic cell group is introduced.This paper sets up different mathematical models from two aspects of unit group partition or not,and designs layout.This paper takes into account the material flow relationship among the facilities within the unit,the inter-cell process relationship,the multi-objective facility layout model is constructed.The quantitative layout of hot regenerative equipment of mixed asphalt has been realized.Particle swarm optimization is applied to get the first optimal solution,and the simulated annealing algorithm is introduced to further expand the search scope of the solution.The Matlab platform is used to solve two kinds of layout models,and the optimal schemes are obtained respectively.By comparing and analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the two kinds of layout effects,it is proposed that a better layout scheme can be obtained by introducing the basic cell group into the layout.Most researches directly regard the solution generated by algorithm as the optimal solution of layout.After the algorithm is iterative to get the “optimal” scheme,this paper applies the statistical law obtained through a large number of operations to the optimal scheme produced by the iteration,and realizes the re optimization of the layout.In addition,due to the particularity of the production process of the plant mixing heat regeneration mixture,the layout position of the mixed product group was reoptimized on the basis of the process flow,and the reasonable layout position was obtained through the calculation and comparison.The facility layout scheme can provide some reference for the research and development of China's regenerative equipment.
