| The water resources in China have been in a relatively scarce state,and the water supply pipe network leakage has caused a lot of waste of water resources.Therefore,the pipeline leakage detection equipment plays an important role in the leakage control system.Accurate and timely finding the water leakage point can not only reduce the waste of water resources.It can also bring good economic and social benefits.Through the analysis of various pipeline leak detection systems and leak detection equipment at home and abroad,this paper develops and designs the water supply pipeline leakage detection sensor according to the complicated distribution of pipelines in China,many types,and the low efficiency of traditional detection methods.signal conditioning circuit,data acquisition circuit,battery and other integrated combination of structural solutions,the software part of the lower computer to achieve data acquisition and transmission control.According to the characteristics of pipeline leakage signal and the application environment of the sensor,PZT-5 piezoelectric ceramics are selected as the sensing element.The sensor first collects the vibration signal on the wall of the pipeline through the sensing element,then processes the signal through the signal conditioning circuit in turn,such as Q-V conversion,filtering and amplification,and then electrifies by A/D module.The voltage signal is converted into digital signal and transmitted to the microcontroller for storage.The data is uploaded to the upper computer through ZigBee wireless communication mode to realize on-line monitoring.The paper develops a special sensor for pipeline leakage detection based on single-chip microcomputer.The system test platform is built to test the sensor.The analysis and test results show that the leakage detection sensor designed in this paper can accurately detect the leakage signal of water supply pipeline and provide effective guarantee for the safe operation of the pipeline. |
