Design Of Leakage Detection And Leak Point Location System In Water Supply Pipeline

Aiming at the serious problem of urban water supply pipeline leakage,this paper investigates the current situation of domestic and foreign pipeline leak detection,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of external detection methods and internal detection methods,and selects the internal detection method according to the actual needs of water supply pipeline leakage detection.According to the actual characteristics of the detection in the water supply pipeline,a set of acoustic detection system was developed.This is a set of leak detection system mainly integrated by NI hardware,acoustic sensors,positioning sensors and image acquisition equipment.The complete system includes offline data Acquisition platform,Matlab data processing program and Lab VIEW host computer interface.This system realizes multi-level grasp of the conditions in the pipe,which can meet the needs of water supply pipeline leak detection.At the same time,this paper mainly focuses on the problem of difficult positioning by the internal detection method,and proposes a multi-sensor fusion IMU / milepost dead reckoning positioning method,and the Matlab simulation experiment is carried out on the designed positioning method.Effective positioning of detector movement.Finally,related experiments were carried out,including data acquisition system experiments and positioning experiments.Through the offline test that simulates the real test environment,the debugging of the data acquisition system is completed.The positioning data collected by the positioning experiment can be calculated to reproduce the movement trajectory of the car.The difference between the calculated end point of the car and the real end point is very small.It shows that the designed positioning algorithm can be used for the calculation of actual data.
