The missile cable network is an important part of the missile control system.With the development of missile technology,the cable network on the missile has become more and more complex,occupying more and more space and load on the missile.How to simplify the cable network on missile and optimize the volume and weight of missile control system has become an important research topic on the premise of guaranteeing the realization of complete missile function.The power line carrier communication technology uses the existing power line to transmit data,which realizes the multiplexing of cables and reduces the laying of communication lines.The application of power line carrier communication technology in missile control system can greatly simplify the cable network and achieve the purpose of optimal design.The power line communication technology is usually applied to the field of civilian remote meter reading,smart home and solar power generation,and there is no precedent in the field of aerospace industry.In view of the specific application environment and performance requirements on the projectile,the transmission characteristics of the missile borne power line,the feasibility and reliability of the communication of the missile borne power line need to be further studied.This paper analyzes the main factors affecting the transmission characteristics of the power line,and tests the transmission characteristics of the missile borne power line through experiments.The demand for the communication of the missile borne power line is analyzed.Considering the environmental constraints and the transmission characteristics of the missile borne power line,the overall architecture of the communication system for the missile borne power line is designed.The communication technology and communication protocol of the missile borne power line based on the spread spectrum modulation technology are proposed,and the parameters of the communication system of the missile borne power line are designed.The prototype system is designed,and the baseband system is realized on FPGA.The hardware circuits such as AD/DA circuit and coupling circuit are designed.The prototype system is realized.The function of the prototype system is tested by simulation and the physical experiment is designed.The experimental results show that the missile borne power line communication prototype system based on spread spectrum technology can achieve reliable communication with low delay and low bit error in the environment of high attenuation and low signal to noise ratio,which proves the feasibility of the communication technology scheme of the missile borne power line.The communication technology of missile borne power line can simplify the cable network on the premise of guaranteeing the mission of missile borne communication,which is beneficial to the intensification and miniaturization of missile design.It has important engineering application value.
