Due to the new-energy vehicles high performance,fuel economy and emission performance,it has became an important direction for research.New-energy vehicles is listed on the "energy-saving and new-energy vehicles" section in the production of China in 2025 as one of the 10 key areas of long-term planning.New-energy vehicles have been included in the national program for the Thirteen-Five.Hybrid electric vehicles(HEV)as an important part of new energy vehicles,while in the national development process is shorter,has been used as an important traffic carriers into everyday life,thus improving HEV performance,and meeting the basic needs of people became an important component of automotive performance.NVH(Noise,Vibration and Harshness)as one of the basic performance of automotive products,directly affects the ride and driving comfort,where the interior noise is reflected an important indicator of comfort.HEV in particular,its structure and driving conditions significant difference compared with internal combustion engine cars,the noise source also has a big difference,so its NVH performance is more complex.Firstly paper from more angle analysis described the need of carried out HEV research,summary HEV of development course and status;Secondly,take the most typical of mixed joint type HEV Toyota Prius as research object,consider to the factors of the HEV structure type,run workers condition,and work principle on car interior noise of effect,analysis HEV interior noise characteristics and produced mechanism.Using LMS vibration and noise test system on Prius in pure electric drive mode,and mixed drive mode and engine drive mode got off interior noise features law,and compared with pure electric and traditional engine car,descript the HEV interior noise of formed mechanism,provides a new train of thought designing China independent loudly quality HEV.
