Common refrigerants has strong ozone depletion potential or global warming potential.The process of air conditioning and refrigeration equipment's maintenance,repair and scrap,refrigerant mostly discharged to the atmosphere directly.It is not only cause serious environmental harm,but also produce a large amount of waste of resources.Therefore,the recovery of the refrigerant can not only achieve the pollution of the refrigerant gas,but also can produce substantial economic benefits.This paper summarizes the basic methods of the refrigerant recovery and the research of the process equipment.Based on this,design and study the two recycling and disposal modes of the refrigerant.One is at the same time for the recovery and purification of refrigerant recovery process,including a plurality of recovery interface,online cleaning system and the automatic control system of recycling process,suitable for factory air conditioning repair refrigerant recycling production line,its characteristics are able to achieve multiple refrigeration equipment and recovering refrigerant,high recovery efficiency and recovery of refrigerant can be directly back to the original type system uses.The other is a simple recycling,centralized purification treatment process,suitable for the application of the refrigerant recovery of refrigeration equipment,which is characterized by high recycling economy,the quality of the refrigerant is guaranteed.The small refrigerant compression adsorption recovery process is simply condensing method is improved,increase the adsorption device to improve the recovery efficiency;according to the content of compressor lubricating oil,moisture,non condensable gas impurities,explore the purification process method.Also,this paper according to the requirement on the purity of the refrigerant ARI-700 standard,study the controlled impurity detection means,and impurity content detection experiments of centralized purification before and after the treatment with R22 and R410 A,R134a three refrigerants.Experimental results show that the recovery of refrigerant through centralized purification treatment,moisture,non condensable gas exceeding the phenomenon has been effectively improved,which can meet the demand of refrigerant recycling purity of impurity content control;Recycled refrigerant acidity,volatile residue and chloride of content are tested standard,the purification treatment after these impurities content is below the standard control.
