With the development of new energy power all of the world,the capacity of wind power farms and photovoltaic power plants are increasing.The randomness of wind power and photovoltaic power generation puts forward higher requirement for the peaking capacity of traditional power system.The influence of wind power and photovoltaic power generation on the reliability of traditional power system cannot be ignored.It has become an indispensable step in the wind farms and photovoltaic power plants' planning.The main contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,the wind power and photovoltaic power's model and the evaluation method of reliability of power system are introduced.Then,the concept of new energy power generation union capacity credit based on multi-power plants is proposed,and the Monte Carlo method is selected as the main the basic algorithm of this study.Next,the Copula theory and Pair-Copula theory is introduced as the basic theory of new energy output's correlation analysis.Then,the correlation model between wind power output and photovoltaic power output is established for maintaining the output correlation of wind power,photovoltaic power generation in new energy generation output simulation.On this basis,the evaluation method of new energy power union capacity credit based on multi-power plants.First the regional different wind speed data,photovoltaic power plants,solar radiation data are used to building wind power and photovoltaic power generation correlation analysis model,then the reliability evaluation of power system containing new energy power generation is done in IEEE-RTS-79 using the non-sequential Monte Carlo method.The effective load carrying capacity of power grid connected new energy power generation and evaluating results of new energy power union capacity credit are obtained.In practical work,new energy power union capacity credit evaluation can not only provides a quantitative standard for the influence of large-scale new energy power generation on power system capacity margin,also provides evaluation index for new energy power planning in rich new energy region,it is very important for power system dispatching operators and owners of new energy power plants.Finally,the correctness and validity of the proposed evaluating method of new energy power union capacity credit is verified,and the influence of different factors on the new energy power generation union capacity credit are analyzed.The evaluation method of new energy power union capacity credit based on multi-power plants provides a new way of the planning and operation of new energy power plants from the perspective of new energy power generation on power system capacity margin.
