With the energy crisis,the vibration power as a kind of green pure power source energy increasingly causes the attention of scholars.The vibration generated electricity can be provided to the tiny power electronic devices through energy harvesting circuit.Therefore the research of energy harvesting circuit in vibration energy harvesting circuit power module becomes a new research hotspot.This paper first introduced the vibration power and the research status of various forms and the corresponding energy acquisition circuit.After looking up some literatures of the energy harvesting circuit,this paper combed the overall structure of the energy harvesting circuit,designed an intermittent self-powered energy harvesting circuit with chips based on the equivalent circuit of magneto telescopic suspense distributed parameter mechanical-electro coupled dynamic model.Then introduced the working principle of each part of the circuit briefly.And carried on the simulation analysis of the above-mentioned equivalent circuit,compared the simulation graphics with the experimental graphics,proved the effectiveness of the equivalent circuit.Then connected the intermittent self-powered energy harvesting circuit combined with chips and the equivalent circuit,analyzed the working principle of each part of the designed circuit in the simulation,analyzed the performance of overall energy harvesting system.For the deficiency of the intermittent self-powered energy harvesting circuit,this paper designed an improved intermittent self-powered energy harvesting circuit combined with operational amplifiers and SW switch,introduced the working principle of each part of the circuit,analyzed the simulation results of the circuit,connected the improved intermittent self-powered energy harvesting circuit with the equivalent circuit,analyzed the performance of the overall improved circuit.It turned out that the improved circuit output power is more stable than before,the simulation results show that the two designed circuits all realized self-powered switch control and can control the charging and discharging voltage threshold of the storage capacitor,can provide milliwatts of power for small power devices.This paper plays an important guiding role on self-powered switch control for energy harvesting circuit.
