With the rapid development of economy,car ownership continues to increase,the contradiction between supply and demand of urban road infrastructure and traffic demand is increasingly tense,urban traffic congestion has become one of the social problems.This paper take the impacts of urban road network structure and traffic flow characteristics as the factors of traffic congestion,and study on the traffic assignment in traffic congestion area based on complex network theory.More details are as follows:Analyze the problems of solving node important in weighted complex network.Take the weighted network node cohesion degree as main factor of node important contribution,establish the importance of the weighted network node contribution matrix under consider of the edge weight of the road network,the transmission efficiency of each node and the importance of adjacent nodes.Take parts of road network in the Nankai District of Tianjin for an example to solve urban road network node important degree.According to the node important,remove nodes by order,and the algorithm are explained effectively through the network connectivity after removing nodes.Analyze the factors that affect the impedance of the road section and improve integrated impedance model.Classify these factors into two categories and proposes an integrated impedance model.The characteristic of complex network theory to quantify the impact of the Internet on the traffic impedance,and combined with the BPR impedance function,to determine the two parameters in the integrated impedance model according to entropy method.To confirm the parameter's degree of influence of network structure on road network impedance value.Solve the integrated impedance of experimental road sections.Finally,describe and solve the problem of urban road traffic congestion evacuation.This paper proposes an urban road network congestion evacuation model to realize congestion evacuation time minimum,and uses equilibrium assignment method in stages with MATLAB software to evacuate vehicles according to vehicle arrival rate.Comparative analysis on two kinds of evacuation plan vehicle impedance model,concluded that in considering the integrated impedance model of road network characteristics,after the evacuation of the section of the network impedance value and the saturation value and the BPR impedance model and its value was significantly decreased,and improve the operation efficiency of road network.
