Electromagnetic equipment such as motors and transformers has been widely used in military,aerospace,health care,electricity and some other areas of the national economy.Research on magnetic property of magnetic cores is of great significance for improving electromagnetic equipment's efficiency and performance.The emergence of new materials promotes electromagnetic equipment to be miniaturized and used in high frequency.And it puts forward higher demands of measuring method and excitation device.As a new soft magnetic material,nanocrystalline alloy has excellent electrical and magnetic property in high frequency.However,the researches on the measurement for magnetic property of nanocrystalline alloy mostly belong to one dimensional magnetic property measurement.In this paper,the measurement systems for one dimensional and two dimensional magnetic property of nanocrystalline alloy in high frequency are analyzed,and the primary measurement of the magnetic property in high frequency is realized.The specific work is as follows:1?Based on analysis about development process of magnetic property measurement,three kinds of one dimensional magnetic property measurement methods and two kinds of two dimensional magnetic property measuring devices were sketched with analyzing their advantages and disadvantages,and the current situation of three dimensional magnetic property was introduced.2 ? Hardware system for one dimensional magnetic property measurement of nanocrystalline alloy was constructed based on the ring specimen method.Software system was compiled by LabVIEW,it could output an excitation signal changed in real-time,demagnetize the sample after experiment and collect two induction signals simultaneously.The buffer was set to meet the processing of large data in high frequency.Induction signals could be processed and filtered,and the harmonic was analyzed.3?Two dimensional measurement principle of nanocrystalline alloy was studied and a two dimensional magnetic property measurement hardware system was established using the two dimensional high frequency excitation device proposed by our project group.Electromagnetic interference and shielding structure for the two dimensional excitation device were considered,and a shield structure whose shielding effectiveness could reach 61.7dB for the excitation device was designed.Software system was compiled by LabVIEW,it could output two excitation signals and collect four induction signals.The induction signals were processed,and the noise in the induction signals was conditioned.4?One dimensional magnetic property of nanocrystalline alloy in high frequency were measured by the ring specimen method,alternative magnetic property and rotational magnetic property in different directions were preliminarily measured by the two dimensional excitation device.The measurement results obtained by different methods were analyzed.
