In the area of high-voltage test and measuring techniques,the use of FPGA embedded chips has the advantages of low cost,small size,strong performance and flexibility.And mobile phones,Pad and other Android devices have better portability,superior display interface and strong computing power.By combining the advantages of both,installing embedded data acquisition module in different measurement terminals,and let portable Android devices complete the display and computing,will be a broad development prospect.This design realized a data acquisition module based on FPGA,with the function of power frequency signal acquisition,trigger and UART communication.This design is battery-powered and can achieve floating measurement.This device can be applied to power frequency voltage and current signal acquisition,power analysis,lightning impulse,oscillography analysis of impulse current and many other occasions.Exploring the feasibility of acquisition unit with FPGA core in PD detection.High and low frequency acquisition can be coordinated with each other,this device can also be used as the front end of Android devices and have a bright application prospect in the area of high voltage measurement.This design uses Verilog HDL language to program,using FPGA chip to control ADC141 to acquire 4k length power frequency signal,and achieve zerocross detection and phase shift triggering in FPGA,realizing the function of phase detection.Realizing the internal trigger function based on AD9226 sampling data,can detect impulse signal and acquire 8k length record at high frequency.This design also realized the control of FPGA from computer through the UART module,including trigger function settings,parameter settings,and the data transmission from internal RAM to computer using UART.Through the test of the above functions,the performance of the program and hardware has been verified.A desktop test similar to PD detection under laboratory conditions verified the phase detection,phaseshift trigger and internal trigger function in this design.The data can be transmitted to the host computer through the UART and drawn by MATLAB to compare with the waveform of oscilloscope,verifying the acquisition,storage and transmission capabilities of this design and prove its practical value and excellent performance.
