An experimental platform of Software and Hardware connections of ABS system is built to analyze the working status of ABS system by these dynamic signal characteristics in the state of ABS being motivated,and then explore the ABS failure status,and detect an ABS mechanical fault.First of all,the current research work on ABS systems are collated,then the working principle of an ABS system and the logic threshold control principle are introduced.A series of simulation models for the ABS system are established by the software of MATLAB/Simulink.An experimental platform is built based on dSPACE system.The ABS system is driven to form a dynamic incentive by the self-made square wave signal.At the same time,a dynamic data acquisition system is established,it can extract the pressure signal,sound signal and vibration signal in the working process of ABS system.The process can be mastered by analyzing the characteristic parameters of these dynamic signals,the ABS dynamic signals of failure are compared and analyzed by referring the simulation results of ABS related models.As an example of validation,some mechanical failures are set to man-made,such as hydraulic oil leakage and The coil of a solenoid valve clamped,these two fault simulation models are established,and the dynamic signals in each fault state are collected.The first innovation of this paper is the continuous operation of electromagnetic valve of the ABS system by Malab / Simulink,and it implements a software and hardware seamless connection by dSPACE to simulate the working status of ABS system.The second innovation of this paper is to propose a new concept of pressure signal,vibration signal and sound signal as a measure of the health status of ABS system,and cause some oil leakage and solenoid valve clamping failure in order to simulate the corresponding ABS system mechanical failure,and it verifies that the sound signal,vibration signal,pressure signal can indeed reflect the work of the ABS system by comparing the characteristic parameters of the dynamic signals of the two faults.
