At this stage,the rapid development of new energy vehicles,in improving environmental pollution and other issues play a vital role,has become the focus of research.Compared with the traditional hybrid electric vehicle,the hybrid electric vehicle based on the double planetary system has obvious advantages,such as system efficiency,system structure optimization and working modes,and it is of great significance and practical value.Based on a new type of double planetary hybrid system,the system structure,working mode,vehicle model and control strategy are studied respectively.The control strategy is verified by the combination of software simulation and real vehicle test.Based on the new double planetary hybrid system installed in this paper,the efficiency of the system is analyzed to judge the rationality of the structural parameters.On this basis,the system is further optimized by adding clutches.The working mode of the double planetary row hybrid system is divided according to the opening and closing state of the clutch and the participation of the power components.Using the lever method to further analyze the various modes of work,according to the structure,the kinematics and kinetic relations are obtained.The vehicle model of the system is built by AVL-Cruise software.At the same time in MATLAB / Simulink software to meet the requirements of the power system control strategy,for its dynamic and economic co-simulation.According to the simulation results,determine whether the vehicle in the development of the control strategy to complete the performance objectives.The four-drive five-motor test bench is used to simulate the dynamic conditions of the actual vehicle,and its dynamic and economy are studied.At the same time,the feasibility of the control strategy is analyzed.The research results show that it can greatly shorten the development cycle,reduce the cost and improve the system reliability.The research results show that the research and development of the hybrid vehicle can be greatly improved.
