With the continuous construction of urban rail transit,the urban road interchange system,which is composed of the urban expressway and the main road,has also been an unprecedented development.But the traditional way of bridge construction has not adapted to the complex building requirements now,so finding a fast,efficient and high degree of industrialization way to meet the needs of the city development has become an important issue.In this context,prefabricated pier has been widely used as a new type of structure,which has the advantages of rapid construction,less impact on the environment and low cost.But it is only used in the region with low seismic intensity,until now,and the application of seismic intensity in the area with high seismic intensity is the focus of current research.In this dissertation,a new type of prefabricated reinforced concrete bridge pier with embedded steel tubes has been designed.Through the method of quasi static tests and finite element analysis,the mechanical properties of the whole assembly and assembly segment have been tested.The following works has been done in this dissertation:(1)Through pseudo static test,the hysteretic curves,skeleton curves and failure modes of the specimens have been obtained.And the mechanical properties of prefabricated steel reinforced concrete bridge piers have been researched.(2)The numerical simulation analysis of prefabricated reinforced concrete bridge pier has been completed by using the finite element software ADINA to build the finite element model.Compared with the results of pseudo static test,the feasibility of finite element simulation has been verified.(3)Through the description of pseudo static test and finite element simulation results,the mechanical properties just like hysteresis curves,residual deformation,curves of stiffness degradation and energy dissipation capacity have been studied.Besides,the influence of changes by the transverse rebar ratio and prestressed reinforcement is in discussions.The increasing of transverse rebar ratio improves the ductility deformation capacity of the fabricated pier effectively.In addition,the carrying capacity of the component has been greatly improved.(4)The prefabricated reinforced concrete pier with inserted steel tubes performs well in the test and meets the design requirements.The numerical simulation of the test is carried out by the finite element software.The error of the result is within the acceptable tolerance range,and the feasibility of the finite element simulation is verified.
