| As an important part of the automobile suspension system,the damping of shock absorber affects the smoothness and stability of cars directly.The damping characteristics of the damper are related to its structural parameters and oil properties,The traditional method of bench test can study the internal structure of the shock absorber and the influence of oil properties on its damping characteristics,But the test cycle is long,costly,lack of predictive function,and must be based on existing products.This paper will use AMESim modeling and simulation and combined with the bench test method to analyze the factors that affect the damping characteristics of the shock absorber.In this paper,the author takes the S50 double cylinder hydraulic shock absorber as the research object,mainly completed the following work:Firstly,the use of mechanical shock absorber dynamometer to verify the damping characteristics of the model damper meet the engineering design needs of the shock absorber performance test,speed characteristics of the test,the temperature characteristics of the test,fatigue characteristics testSecondly,the mathematical model of the Shock absorber was established by analyzing the structure of the Shock absorber,using fluid mechanics.Based on the principle of circular sheet deformation,the relationship between the deformation of the throttle valve and the radius of the valve was deduced to obtain the curve of the deformation of the throttle valve and the reaction force of the valve.And used Hyperworks to verify the finite element simulation verification.Then,based on the mathematic model of the shock absorber,the simulation model of the damper was established by AMESim.And than,verified the correctness of the established simulation model by comparing the simulation results with the test results of the demonstrations.Finally,determined the test program through the orthogonal test method to select the test factor and test level.The orthogonal test was carried out using the established simulation model to test the influence level on the damping characteristics of the Shock absorber.The influence of important factors such as oil viscosity,piston rod diameter,piston and cylinder gap on the damping characteristics of the Shock absorber was analyzed.And the correctness of the dampering characteristics of the analyzed.The analysis results could provide the theoretical basis for the design and trial production of the Shock absorber. |
