| The claw pole of brushless generator is an important executive element for generating electric energy in automobile power generation system.In the process of claw pole production,the claw pole will produce different degree of burrs on the side and the top surface of the claw finger after machining,so it is necessary to arrange a process to remove these burrs.At present,most claw pole manufacturers still use traditional manual grinding methods to remove burrs.Since the claw is produced in large quantities,there are several problems in manual deburring:(1)low production efficiency,large amount of labor and high manufacturing cost.(2)dust and noise pollution is serious,recruitment is difficult,and pollution control is difficult.(3)The consistency of deburring is poor,and the thoroughness of deburring is greatly influenced by the skilled degree and concentration of employees,and the level of quality assurance is low.According to the efficiency and quality requirement of the production line,the structural characteristics and burr distribution characteristics of the claw pole are carefully analyzed and studied.Based on the analysis of automatic deburring technology at home and abroad,the general structure scheme of using alloy abrasive brush and two-stage to deburr the inside of the claw and the tip of the claw finger respectively,and automatic continuous feeding and unloading of materials is determined.The brush driver and compensation drive mechanism are designed.The precise positioning and intermittent indexing rotation mechanism are designed.A driving mechanism with initial positioning,guiding and unloading isdesigned.Dust protection and scrap collection and processing device were designed.Three beam and four post fuselage structure were designed.In the design,the finite element analysis plug-in Simulation in Solidworks is used to analyze the two main parts,i.e.the cross seat plate and the beam of the outrigger arm,and the rationality of the part design is determined.Finally,based on the motion simulation of Keyshot software,the collision interference problem of the designed moving parts is checked from the dynamic level.After the above analysis,design and simulation,an automatic virtual device is designed to remove the claw pole burr of brushless generators. |
