Inside a manufacturing company,warehouse and logistics are often integrated with the enterprise production system,and the warehouse system is part of the production system.In the production and management of enterprises,it plays an important role in bridging the bridge.With the development of production systems for automation and information integration,manufacturing companies have put forward higher requirements for warehouse and logistics systems.This topic focuses on researching the scheduling system and monitoring management system of the warehouse,realizing the integration of logistics information,reducing the labor cost and improving the efficiency of the enterprise.The main research content of this article is as follows:Firstly,AGV path planning technology is studied for warehouse and logistics scheduling system,including single AGV and AGVS path planning technology.in the single AGV path planning technology,an improved A* algorithm is proposed for the defects of the traditional A* algorithm in the actual environment,that is,the heat sensing value and the link weight value are introduced in the path planning.It is used to assess the busyness of a certain section of a route and prevent a certain section of the route from causing congestion and inefficiency due to being too busy.In the aspect of AGVS path planning,the multi-task scheduling strategy is emphatically analyzed.An optimization algorithm for obstacle avoidance based on the actual environment is proposed,and a compounding method is proposed.The conflict resolution solution,that is,the introduction of speed parameters and geometric path parameters,is used to solve the problem of re-planning paths that may be trapped in a non-convergence path based on excessively long speed adjustments and based on geometric paths.Secondly,the design of storage management and monitoring system was studied.From the overall structure to functional requirements were analyzed in detail.The ER diagram of the system was designed,and the logical structure of the data was designed in detail.Again,the Mysql database and Visual Studio are used as software development systems to implement the system's functionality.Finally,the actual environment platform of the entire system was set up.The guidance path of the site environment was laid in the room.Based on the individual testing of each key module,the overall system adjustment was performed.Experiments show that the efficiency of the warehouse logistics scheduling system meets the needs of its production workshops,the basic modules of the warehouse monitoring and management system are working properly,and the entire system meets the company's expected goals.
