The structure of aluminum alloy reticulated shell has the advantages of light quality,corrosion resistance and rich shape.Although the unit price of aluminum alloy is higher than that of steel structure,it is not maintained in the use stage,and has long service life.It has good economic benefit in the long run and more and more applications are used in our country.Nanjing NIUSHOUSHAN Garbhadhatu palace single-layer reticulated shell structure is taken as the research object.The temperature field,temperature effect and stability analysis are carried out.The structure is complex and has large span.It is a rare large-span aluminum alloy single layer latticed shell structure in China.First of all,in this paper,the temperature field of the large-span aluminum alloy single layer latticed shell structure in the cow peak mountain is numerically simulated.Using the heat analysis module of ANSYS code,the temperature field analysis model of the big dome structure of Buddha dome under the action of solar radiation was established.The distribution of temperature field and the influence of wind speed on the temperature field were studied.Secondly,the effect of temperature field on the structure of the aluminum alloy single layer reticulated shell is analyzed in this paper,The influence of non-uniform temperature field on the displacement and stress of the structure is studied.The results of the finite element analysis are compared with the actual monitoring data.Comparing the temperature of the test point with the structural deformation,there are some errors in the two,and the theoretical calculation is conservative.Finally,ANSYS is applied to build the structural model of Nanjing NIUSHOUSHAN Garbhadhatu palace single-layer reticulated shell structure,and its overall stability performance is analyzed.In the service stage of large-span aluminum alloy single-layer latticed shell,temperature change will make the structure produce temperature stress.The influence of temperature stress on the stability of large-span spatial structure can not be ignored.This paper studies the influence of temperature effect on top of overall stability of single layer reticulated shell structure of Nanjing Palace NIUSHOUSHAN Buddha.Analysis of work through the above research,the effect of temperature and temperature fields of the Nanjing NIUSHOUSHAN Garbhadhatu Palace Aluminum Alloy single-layer shell structure is analyzed,providing a reference for the design of similar structures.
