Since the 1990 s,aluminum alloy has been highly valued by researchers and designers because of its advantages such as light weight,high strength,corrosion resistance and easy processing.At present,there are a lot of aluminum alloy space structures in China,mainly including aluminum alloy single layer and double layer mesh shell,aluminum alloy mesh frame and other structures,aluminum alloy single layer mesh shell is the most widely used.The single layer cylindrical reticulated shell with three-directional grid is widely used in practical engineering because of its reasonable distribution of struts,uniform force,good integrity and stability of structure.In this paper,three to the grid type aluminum alloy single-layer cylindrical reticulated shell as the research object,using the ANSYS software was studied with rigid node and through type,plate type node static performance of aluminum alloy single-layer cylindrical reticulated shell,and considering the effect of axial force and node structure of the skin effect,the bearing capacity of aluminum alloy single-layer cylindrical reticulated shell stability influence,has carried out the following research work:(1)Study on the static stability of cylindrical reticulated shells considering the flexural stiffness of jointsBased on ANSYS finite element analysis software,the model of aluminum alloy single layer cylindrical reticulated shell with rigid,plate and through joints was established.Considering the initial defects,parameters such as rise-span ratio and the meshing method,the experimental results of through type node bending Angle curve and the simulation of plate bending Angle curve generation net shell were analyzed,and the static stability of aluminum alloy cylindrical reticulated shell is studied,and the different nodes in the form of stability bearing capacity of single-layer cylindrical reticulated shell.The stability bearing capacity of plate nodal network shell is 40%?70% of that of rigid nodal network shell,and the stability bearing capacity of through nodal network shell is 50%?80% of that of rigid nodal network shell.The stable bearing capacity of through-joint lattice shell is 10%?20% higher than that of plate lattice shell.(2)Study on the static stability of cylindrical reticulated shells considering the axial force effect of nodesIn this paper,the stability analysis method of single layer cylindrical reticular shell considering the influence of axial force on node stiffness is presented.Considering the axial force effect,static stability of plate-type node cylindrical reticular shell and transit-type node cylindrical reticular shell is studied.At the same time,taking into account the parameters such as the ratio of vector to span and the way of grid division,the variation law of stable bearing capacity of aluminum alloy single layer cylindrical reticulated shell is obtained when considering the node effect.The reduction coefficient Cf of axial force effect is generally between 94% and 95%,and the smallest is 87.4%.The reduction coefficient Cf of axial force effect of plate node-reticular shell is generally lower than that of through reticular shell.(3)Study on the static stability of a single layer cylindrical reticulated shell considering the skin effectWhen the stiffness of the pressed aluminum plate is the same as that of the anisotropic plate in X,Y and Z directions,the pressed aluminum plate is equivalent to the anisotropic plate.At the same time,to establish three directions of the spring is used to simulate the skin with net shell bar connection,established the finite element model of the cylindrical reticulated shell with skin,study on the stability of the reticulated shell performance,with considering the skin effect of aluminum alloy cylindrical reticulated shell stability bearing capacity,found in the skin thickness is small,skin,improve the effect of the bearing capacity of net shell stability is weak,with the increase of the thickness of the skin,the skin effect of cylindrical reticulated shell began to increase,but with the skin thickness increases to a certain degree,the skin effect of reticulated shell on the improvement of net shell stability bearing capacity of leveling off.
