Analysis Research In Reducer Fault Diagnosis Based On Fault Tree Method

Reducer is one of the most important core component of all the mechanical equipment that is mostly used to connect and transmit power,and has the basic function of reducing speed and increase torque.The fault rate a litter bit higher because of the complicated working condition(big vibration?long time continuous working?heavy load?bad environment)and high accuracy of its own.It is necessary to make a complete analyze for all kinds of fault,find out the main factors of failure,and put forward rectification strategy to provide reference for production practice so as to increase its reliability and efficiency of the fault analyzing.This thesis takes the example from a recent maintenance record of a famous domestic company,sorts the reducer faults into 6 types such as oil leak fault?bearing fault?gear fault?transmission shaft fault ? gearbox body fault ? vibration noise fault.By using fault-tree analyzing computer assistance platform,analyzing logical relations by layer by layer to build fault-tree to analyze accordingly,and get the result of the most important factor and combinations which affects the gearbox fault most.Aiming at every typical fault,to make an improved solution from designing? manufacturing ? assembling and maintenance.So as to provide a scientific basis for better designed structure?improved processing?higher reliability and low cost by downtime.By referring to the various troubleshooting strategies proposed in this paper,the enterprise has completed the structural optimization of part of the reducer.At the same time,corresponding preventive and improvement measures have been taken in the weak links of manufacturing and assembly,so that the failure rate of the new factory reducer has been significantly reduced.For equipment users,do a good job of maintenance,and use it for reference to improve the efficiency of fault diagnosis,greatly shorten the downtime of gear reducer fault,maintenance cost reduction effect is significant.
