Due to the distribution of natural resources and the influence factors on people’s lives,the large hydropower stations and coal-fired power stations were built away from the middle of nowhere,many of which are in remote mountains.Therefore,overhead transmission lines are usually transmitted by overhead transmission lines.In order to keep the line insulation strength and avoid the injury to person and ground construction objects such as electric shock risk,and prevent electrostatic field on the conductor and the nearby people physiological and ecological damage,under high voltage wire around,it still need to keep the necessary net space area.Owing to the technical requirements of transmission lines,the main corridors of transmission lines are large and long,especially the ultra-high voltage and ultra-high voltage lines,which cover a large area.If the transmission line passes through the town to affect the urban beauty,the cost of relocation is high,the difficulty of the levy is large,the economic benefit of the project is low,the construction impact factor is much,and the impact is large.In view of the above situation,most of the high-voltage transmission lines select areas with sparse population and far away from towns.In this way,the poor natural environment will need the line corridor mapping in the early stage of the line construction,the line extension of the construction process,the formation of the line model in the later stage and the line inspection and other work.Unmanned aerial vehicle(uav)multi-functional operation platform is a kind of new operation integration system,it refers to the unmanned aerial vehicle(uav)flight of gyro stabilized platform equipment visible light detector,the infrared thermal imager,the setting device,laser mapping instrument,etc,To conduct mapping and 3D modeling of transmission line corridors and transmission lines,construction exhibition line,line inspection and video recording and other operations.Modern unmanned aerial vehicle(uav)possess high altitude,long distance,no obstacle,rapid and self-operation ability,it can cross mountains,rivers,wide valleys,railways,roads and other complex environments,moreover it has the advantages of high technology,high efficiency and uninfluenced by region.The appearance and development of the uav patrol can greatly improve the efficiency of operation,to effectively solve the requirements of various demand units,such as line corridors,line construction,line inspection,etc.,and will instead of traditional operation methods.Based on the above,this paper studies the feasibility of using the uav multi-function platform project in the power system of W company as the research object,using modern project management in the project feasibility study of advanced theory and method,from the power system using unmanned aerial vehicle(uav)multifunctional work platform of the national market,platforms,research and development technology,W company’s financial condition and project of the construction of the power system with uncertain risk of W company unmanned aerial vehicle(uav)multifunctional operation platform the feasibility of the research and development to conduct a comprehensive analysis,and provide theoretical basis for the decision of project.Firstly,this paper describes and analyzes the background and significance of the project,and puts forward the writing framework of this paper.And combining with the actual situation of R company from the product demand forecast,integrated technology solutions,as well as the size of the market,job security,asset estimate and financial evaluation,project risk analysis and risk control,etc,make a comprehensive feasibility analysis;Finally,the feasibility study theory of the project is obtained.
