Research And Implementation Of Medical Image Storage And Processing System For Radiotherapy

Medical image archiving and communication system PACS(Picture Archiving and Communication System)is an important part of digital hospital.It involves medical imaging,digital image processing,network communications,image database and many other areas of technologies.DICOM(Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine)is an international standard for PACS,and a DICOM-based PACS system is built to help the information sharing between hospitals and improve the hospital's medical level.This paper realizes the DICOM information model,data format,file format analysis,and DICOM image transmission,display and partial image processing technologies,combined with the characteristics of medical imaging,to provide convenient and efficient image management tools to achieve one-stop image entry,maintenance and preview.In the field of medical image processing,the medical image registration technology is extremely important.Its value is embodied in the application of image processing technology in clinical medicine.For solving the relevant issues of multi modal image registration,the method based on mutual information is most widely used,but constrained in some specific applications.In view of this situation,a new medical image registration algorithm is proposed.The modal transformation is introduced as the basis of the studied algorithm.After that,the new Markov energy function is constructed according to the two image matrixes after modal transformation and original registration image.In order to optimize the energy function,an improved gradient descent algorithm is introduced to get the registration results.The algorithm was verified with registration experiments of different medical images.The experimental results show that the registration algorithm has perfect effectiveness and high anti noise performance.
