With the development of the aviation industry,the idea of RCM,Reliability-centered Maintenance has become the mainstream idea in the aviation Maintenance industry in China.Maintenance reliability is an important parameter to measure the quality of aircraft maintenance.It can ensure the safety and sustainable operation of the airline,and play a role in the reasonableness of the monitoring and maintenance scheme.China’s research on aircraft maintenance reliability and maintainability is relatively late,more research tendencies inherent reliability,the reliability of aircraft is realized through airline reliability program,reliability engineering management is more applied to monitor the failure of aircraft systems and mechanical components,but The research on reliability management of aircraft structural failure is still in the exploratory stage.However,with the continuous growth of aircraft service time in China,many aircraft have entered the aging period,and the corrosion problem of aircraft metal structure is increasingly serious.Corrosion reduces the integrity of aircraft structure,affects aircraft safety,and brings high maintenance costs to airlines.Therefore,it is necessary for airlines to analyze the causes of corrosion from the perspective of aircraft structure reliability,improve corrosion prevention and control measures,and adjust maintenance programs,so as to improve the reliability management level.Based on the operational situation of ZY airlines in this paper,the reliability management of corrosion prevention and control is implemented by airline operator.Combining aircraft anti-corrosion technology with engineering management,the reliability research strategy based on data of aircraft overhaul is proposed,which is expounded from the following three aspects.First,the reliability analysis model combined with FMECA,FTA and FRACAS(3F)was used to form dynamic improvement ideas of data collection,analysis and feedback.The primary structural parts prone to corrosion of aircraft were summarized and statistically analyzed,and the causes of corrosion failure and weak links of prevention and control measures were analyzed,so as to formulate anti-corrosion improvement measures.Secondly,the power function model is established to evaluate the corrosion extension life and to provide engineering decision for the inspection scheme.Predicting the trend of corrosion development by establishing a time series mathematical model,and the influence of seasonal variation on long-term trend development of corrosion is considered,the purpose is to monitor the corrosion development of aircraft fleet in a long term,improve corrosion control measures in a timely manner,and provide actual application methods for engineering reliability analysis of airlines.Thirdly,the comprehensive means of daily corrosion prevention and control were developed from six aspects,including human,aircraft,materials,method,environment and measurement.Specific actions were applied to aircraft maintenance practices,which greatly improved the reliability management of corrosion prevention and control of ZY airlines.In the end,this paper discusses the significance of reliability management of corrosion prevention and control from the perspective of aircraft safety and economy.By implementing reliability improvement measures,the expected effect of corrosion prevention and control can be achieved by airlines,which ensures flight safety,shortens the stopping time of aircraft,and reduces maintenance costs for airlines.
