Wheelset lathing operation is a key operation that must be carried out in the daily maintenance of urban rail transit vehicles.At this stage,from a nationwide perspective,vehicle depots in various urban subway systems will design and configure train wheelset lathing equipment.Nowadays,the mainstream equipment is called non-floor wheel maintenance equipment,which means that the train can process and maintain the corresponding wheelsets directly without dismantling the wheelsets.It has the advantages of high timeliness,simplified process and saving manpower and material resources.In the maintenance depot of subway train,the equipment of the wheel is designed separately in the fixed strand of the depot.While the operation of the wheel is carried out,the operation mode of the corresponding depot must be closely combined with each other.To a certain extent,the operation process of the wheel operation of the train can be carried out efficiently and fluidly.G city is located in the alluvial plain of the lower reaches of the Pearl River basin with complicated geological conditions.10 years ago,G city subway took the lead in introducing the Japanese linear motor technology and pioneered a large and medium volume of linear motor vehicle technology scheme.In 2009,the opening and operation of the metro line W,which crossed the east-west direction of the city,marked the mature application of the technology.There are many differences between the traction system of linear motor vehicles and rotating motor.The working procedure of the system is more complicated and there are many accessories.With the increase of subway passenger flow in G city,the wheel damage is fast,which makes the frequency of upsetting increase gradually.The work done in this paper is to study the overall design of the heading process of the linear motor vehicle of G city subway line W.The key factors affecting the efficiency of the wheelset lathing operation are found through analysis of each link of the wheelset lathing operation combined with the critical path method.Through the optimization and improvement of the relevant target links,a new set of wheelset upsetting process for linear motor train is designed.At the same time,the author also puts forward personal prospects for the future maintenance of the blasting wheel,hoping to attract more peers to study the linear motor technology and apply it to subway construction.
