With the continuous development of wind power technology,the requirements for fault analysis and maintenance of wind turbines are getting higher.In addition,the working environment of wind turbines is harsh,the signal acquisition and processing are complicated,and the amount of data is large,which makes the maintenance costs and requirements are getting higher.The paper studies and designs an intelligent fault diagnosis model for wind turbines,which can quickly and accurately identify the type of fault,and provide fault troubleshooting guidance and diagnostic report.In order to solve the fault diagnosis problem of wind turbines,improve the accuracy of fault diagnosis and reduce the downtime,assist the fault-shooting technicians to locate and solve the faults more quickly.The intelligent fault diagnosis system designed on this basis realizes the real-time fault and offline fault diagnosis and analysis function.When the fault occurs,the fault information can be broadcasted in time to assist the fault-shooting technician to locate and solve the problem more quickly.The main work and contributions of the thesis are as follows:(1)Research and analyze current status of fault diagnosis of wind turbines,explore current problems,clarify the requirements,and conduct targeted research according to actual needs.(2)Research and design an intelligent fault diagnosis model for wind turbines.Based on the current mature and advanced expert system theory,the model establishes knowledge base and case base by learning established rules and historical fault cases,and then designs inference algorithms,interpretation algorithms and case learning algorithms.The model can acquire new fault knowledge through the learning of known fault cases,continuously enrich the knowledge base,and have certain self-learning ability.In the application,by continuously analyzing the currently generated log data,the monitoring personnel are provided with the status information of the wind turbine set in real time,and timely notified when the fault occurs,and can simultaneously provide the fault analysis report and the processing opinion.(3)Design and implement an intelligent fault diagnosis application system.Based on the intelligent fault diagnosis model,a wind turbine intelligent fault diagnosis system is designed and implemented based on B/S architecture.According to the requirements description,the system architecture,database tables and main functional modules are designed.It includes user management module,integrated management module,real-time fault module,offline fault module,database module and data statistics module.Finally,the system prototype is realized by coding.The wind turbine intelligent fault diagnosis system can assist the staff to analyze,locate and solve the wind turbine fault,which has great application value for improving the work efficiency and work quality of the entire operation and maintenance team.
