ES Tool CLIPS' Application In Intelligent Supervision And Fault Diagnosis For Thermal Power Plant

CLIPS is an expert system developing tool. This paper's research is how to design ES alarms-manager for thermal power plant using CLIPS and how to embed the ES into the software platform to realize the ES alarm-management, along with the design of Com-power (Control Optimize Manager System) by Automation Research Group. There are three parts: how to develop the alarms-manager software based on eDNA, how to develop an expert system adapt for power plant alarms and how to embed the expert system by CLIPS into your software platform. The expert system developed by CLIPS can supply for operators fault report, fault diagnosis and operators can edit rules to manage the alarms.
