| With the state paying more and more attention to the development of the Yangtze River economic belt,the development of Wuhan metropolitan area and the development of the urban agglomeration in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River are rising to a national strategy.Therefore,Wuhan metropolitan area is facing a rare developing opportunity,which is expected to develop to a new regional economic growth pole.However,problems often attach to opportunities.Wuhan metropolitan area has the "center-periphery" mode,which resulted in some problems,such as the rapid expansion of the core city,the over-concentration of resources,the weak radiation capacity of core city,the weakening of the connectivity in urban areas and the widening of the regional development gap.From the urban experience,passenger transport is the basic driving force of urban development.The main reason is that the development of passenger transport directly affects the distribution of population.The distribution and the flow of population drive the distribution and the flow of production factors,and the production factors are the key factors for urban development.Therefore,the passenger transport not only determines the population flow,but also affects the city development,and even the rise or fall of the region.For the present situation of the Wuhan metropolitan area,this paper clarifies the research direction,which the Wuhan metropolitan area is analyzed from the spatial linkages of passenger transport and the spatial effect of passenger transport.This paper enriches the theory of passenger flow field by the existing field theory,which adds economy,population,traffic,policy and other factors to make the theory more comprehensive and reliable.Based on the theory of passenger flow field,the model of the spatial linkage of passenger transport is established,and the spatial linkages of passenger transport in Wuhan metropolitan area are calculated and analyzed from the strength and the direction of the spatial linkage of passenger transport by the model.Based on the theory of passenger flow field,the paper establishes the model of the spatial effect of passenger transport,and the spatial effect of passenger transport in Wuhan metropolitan area is calculated and analyzed from the city order and the regional effect by the model.Considering the above two analysis,the comprehensive analysis of Wuhan metropolitan area is that: "one strong,others weak" is obvious in Wuhan metropolitan area,the most passenger resources are gathered in Wuhan.The passenger functions do not play well in the deputy center city,Huangshi,which cannot alleviate the excessive concentration of passenger resources in Wuhan metropolitan area.Meanwhile apart from Wuhan,the passenger resources are scarce,the passenger transport linkages are weak,and the development is relatively independent among the other eight cities.In addition,the regional development of portfolio-type is conducive to the overall coordinated development of Wuhan metropolitan area,and Ezhou has strong geographical advantages of passenger transportation.Finally,based on the results and the existing planning,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the development of passenger transport in Wuhan metropolitan area.The status of core city,Wuhan,should be prominent persistently,the development mode of regional grouping and cooperation should be promoted,and Ezhou should take priority,which has the advantage in location.Besides,the passenger transport infrastructure should be interconnected in all area.Those can push Wuhan metropolitan area for efficient,coordinated and sustainable development. |
