In order to satisfy the requirement of economic development,the development of railway freight haul train is moving forward to the direction of fast and heavy.People pay much attention to the vibration phenomenon caused by high speed?lightweight design and heavy carriage.High running speed increases the frequency level of excitation from wheel-rail contact,which may cause train structures' elastic vibration;lightweight design can reduce the stiffness of structures,which may lead to elastic vibration;heavy freight could change the natural frequency of the whole system,and the coupling effect between train system and goods may cause the mode-mixing phenomenon.So the research of vibration and control must be established on the flexible structure model.The paper make the improvement and optimization based on the vibration transmission characteristic analysis,and main work include three aspects:(1)the establishment of rigid-flexible coupled dynamic model of fast-heavy train;(2)research of vibration characteristic and transmission characteristic of dynamic model by using time domain integration method;(3)the redesign of vibration damping system based on the conclusion from vibration transmission characteristic analysis and the efficiency evaluation of control method according to railway vibration standard.The research show that rigid-flexible coupled dynamic model is accurate to analyze the actual vibration characteristic.In high running speed,elastic deformation occurs to side bogie and carriage during vibration process.Vertical bending resonance occurs to side bogie,and the resonance in side bogie amplify the vibration during transmission process;first order vertical bending resonance also occurs to carriage,and the lateral bending resonance of the side wall of carriage exists.Based on these results,a new wheel-positioning system and TMD tuned mass damper are designed to decrease the vibration of side bogie and carriage.Comparison between old and new results shows that new wheel-positioning system not only reduce the vibration amplitude of wheel and side bogie,but also suppress side bogie's vertical bending resonance and decrease vertical and lateral force between wheel and rail;TMD tuned mass damper can reduce carriage's vertical vibration effectively,and suppress first order vertical bending resonance.New wheel-positioning system and TMD design can offer effective technical supports and application references of vibration control of fast-heavy haul freight train.
