As an important business network of the State Grid Corporation of China,the administrative switching network provides narrow-band communication services such as voice and fax for corporate users,and plays an important role in the company's business development and stable operation of the power grid.With the development of the information technology of the State Grid Corporation of China,the traditional administrative switching network has gradually encountered the problems of a single business function and insufficient coverage.In order to meet the ever-increasing demand for multimedia services and provide better support for the company's administrative office and power grid production,it is necessary to select the next generation switch to implement service bearing.This dissertation conducts research work on the IMS administrative exchange network of.This article first introduced the basic concepts of IMS,and studied the main network elements,main protocols and key technologies of IMS.Then through the analysis of the status quo of the administrative exchange network of Tianjin Electric Power,it shows the necessity of technological evolution.This paper makes a reasonable forecast for the scale of users of State Grid Tianjin Electric Power Company,and establishes a traffic model to analyze and measure the core network element configuration requirements.Based on the above work,this thesis has conducted in-depth research on the network design of the IMS administrative exchange network of Tianjin Electric Power,including the core network networking plan,network and bearer plan,IMS core network element settings,numbering and identification,interconnection,Disaster recovery operation,terminal access,etc.The author of this article focuses on the design and implementation of networking solutions,the design of networks and bearer scenarios,the realization of interconnection and interoperability under different scenarios,and disaster recovery operations.In the end,relying on the design and research work of the IMS administrative exchange network,the State Grid Tianjin Power Company completed the construction of the IMS administrative exchange network.In the actual project,the performance indexes of the IMS administrative exchange network of Tianjin Electric Power are obtained through the test of large telephone traffic.It is proved that the design of the IMS administrative exchange network can meet the requirements of the use of Tianjin electric power,and provide technical support for the development of Tianjin power company and the safety and stability of the power grid.
