Function Expansion And Implementation Of Hebei Electric Power Administrative Exchange Service System

IP multimedia subsystem of the administrative exchange network of State Grid Hebei Electric Power Supply co.LTD was built in 2016,which marked the point at which the key technology of the administrative exchange network evolved from circuit switching technology to IP packet technology.The new administrative exchange network only have some foundational new functions such as unificated contacts and audio conference,it's difficult to meet the increasing demand for multimedia service.Due to the isolation of the internal information network,the administrative exchange network and the video conference network,people cannot organize meetings flexibly.In response to the above demands,we investigated the current situation of IMS applications at home and abroad,summarized and analyzed the needs of users in detail.With the current situation,we proposed four main demands,enterprise address book,instant messaging,fusion conference and intelligent dialing service.We also completed the design,development,deployment and test work.Compared with similar systems,the advantages of our system are the following three aspects.First,the enterprise address book can realize domain management and differential display,it can be adapted to all IP phone supported by LADP protocol.Second,the IM function is used as the unified communication entrance of the integrated communication of multiple terminals,such as the administrative network,the internal information network,PCs and IP telephones and etc.Third,the intelligent dialing service is developed to make it more convenient and less error prone for users to make phone calls.At present,our system has been applied in State Grid Hebei Electric Power Supply co.LTD and it's directly under units.Work efficiency of the pilot units has been greatly improved,and our system is suitable for extensive promotion in the State Grid company.
