| Splitting Test is mainly used for measuring the tensile strength of the material,relative to the traditional direct tensile test is simple and the coefficient of variation is small.splitting test specimen can be selected as circular cross section or rectangular cross section,the research of splitting test specimens in theoretical and experimental of circular cross section is well,but rectangular cross section test piece splitting test use the strength calculation formula of circular cross section in the process,lacking of a theoretical basis,combined with a rectangular cross section splitting test results to determine the material parameters need to be further deepened.On this basis,this paper carried out the following work:Based on the theory of elastic plane problems,derived for a limited length of rectangular cross section test piece stress functions and trigonometric series expansions,establishment the trigonometric series Iterative Solution theory.On this basis,analyze the stress distribution under the concentrated force inside the specimen,and two-dimensional finite element simulation results and circular cross-section specimens Splitting Test theoretical results were compared.The results show that: rectangular cross-section test piece theoretical solution and finite element results are basically the same,to verify the correctness of the theoretical solutions;while there are some differences between the rectangular section and circular section specimens splitting strength calculations.Based on theoretical solution and the finite element method to analyze the effects of strip ratio,length ratio,loading form,Poisson’s ratio and thickness on the stress distribution within the specimen.The results show that: the tensile stress at the center of the specimen increases with strip ratio and length ratio;the closer the loading form to a distribution,the greater the value of the tensile stress;as Poisson’s ratio and thickness increase the equivalent tensile stress increases at the center of the end face of the specimenEstablished the test method of elastic modulus,Poisson’s ratio,cohesion,internal friction angle of material,and proceed finite element simulation.The results show that: theoretical calculations and numerical simulation results are consistent with the material parameters,combined with a rectangular cross section split test results to determine the parameters of the material is feasible and with some innovation. |
