In recent years,the amount of high-altitude tunnel is increasing in our country,high altitude environment has all kinds of bad influence on construction machinery.At present the research of high altitude tunnel construction technology at home and abroad focus on thermal insulation and low temperature tunnel concrete construction,etc.,it lack of scientific system of study in construction machinery,construction personnel protection and construction mechanical efficiency at high altitude environment of.In view of this,the paper based on the scientific research project "under the condition of high altitude low temperature,low pressure and low oxygen extra-long tunnel construction technology research",which is hosted by China railway southwest research institute co.,and mainly studied the chola mountain tunnel construction machinery assorted effect test,the influence of high altitude environment on the tunnel construction machinery and countermeasures research,the chola mountain tunnel construction machinery optimization and the high altitude tunnel assorted mechanization technology research.The main work of the paper:(1)Analysis and test of the existing tunnel construction machinery supporting effect of chola mountain tunnel,analyzes the problems existing in the tunnel supporting machinery.(2)Through the fuel consumption test of chola mountain tunnel construction machinery,analyzed the high altitude environment impact on the tunnel construction machinery,and studied the construction mechanical power recovery measures.(3)Through the air quality in tunnel test,the calculation of blasting and construction machinery CO emissions,studied construction machinery under the environment of high altitude tunnel,the influence of the air quality in tunnel on the tunnel construction machinery CO emissions,serious pollution emissions tunnel air quality problem,put forward the corresponding high altitude exhaust purification measures for tunnel construction machineries,and exhaust gas purification measures for the field test.(4)According to the existing of chola mountain tunnel mechanical form a complete set of test results,the mechanical chola mountain tunnel supporting existing scheme is optimized,and the optimized chola mountain tunnel construction machinery supporting scheme for the application effects of the test.Using analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to establish a mathematical model for optimized for tunnel construction machinery matching scheme is evaluated.(5)The analysis and research the existing tunnel construction machinery supporting principle,combining with the characteristics of high altitude tunnel construction,the high altitude tunnel construction machinery matching principle was studied,and sums up the high altitude tunnel construction machinery supporting processes and high altitude tunnel supporting basic pattern.Through the study of the above content,basically have the following conclusion:(1)Test the application effects of chola mountain tunnel's assorted mechanization;the assorted mechanization of balanced production capacity can meet the requirement of the tunnel construction organization design,but also the efficiency of construction machinery has a drop,the air quality in tunnel cannot meet the standard demand when the mucking work,drilling speed did not reach the due level and so on.(2)Based on the diesel fuel consumption test of the machinery,mechanical power to drop,analysis the reason of mechanical efficiency reducing and diesel fuel consumption increasing at high altitude environment,the cause of the fuel consumption increase,mainly because of the high altitude air pressure is low,diesel engine inlet pressure is low,absolutely inhaled oxygen less quality,combustion of diesel is not sufficient,therefore put forward matching the proper turbo-charger,intake the oxygen-enriched air,increasing oil-injecting advanced angle and other measures to reduce the high altitude environment's influence on the mechanical efficiency.(3)Testing the air quality changing in tunnel,estimate the CO emissions of blasting and construction machinery,analyzed the relationship between CO content in tunnel and construction machinery emissions,and put forward measures by reducing CO emissions of construction machinery to improve air quality in tunnel.the chola mountain tunnel construction have the two kinds of experiments,the effect of CO emissions reduction measures the test results show that using increasing oxygen combustion technology in front of the machine tail gas purifier is more suitable for reducing high altitude tunnel construction mechanical exhaust air pollution inside the tunnel.(4)Using add oxygen combustion technology in front of the machine tail gas purifier has long service life,increase the characteristics of the diesel engine power,reduce fuel consumption,and purification effect is good;By testing the design phase USES the tunnel before and after the machine before the exhaust purifier CO content with the change of time,you can see the CO content after a purifier fell by 5.4%on average,obvious effect,can predict chola mountain tunnel ventilation conditions,the same within 5 active internal-combustion machine adopts purifier CO content can reduce about 27%on average,the effect will be more obvious.(5)Tested the application effect of existing mechanical in chola mountain tunnel,tunnel assorted mechanization technology improved selection scheme is proposed,and test effects of the selection of the improved scheme,proves that optimization scheme in improving the efficiency of the tunnel construction machinery,reduce air pollution in the tunnel,etc have obvious effect.(6)The mathematical model was established based on analytic hierarchy process(AHP),the improved tunnel construction equipment selection scheme is evaluated,the evaluation results same with chola mountain tunnel choose improvement scheme,in theory,to further improve the rationality of the selection scheme was verified(7)Summed up tunnel construction assorted mechanization principle,puts forward the high-altitude tunnel construction assorted mechanization principle,and put forward the high altitude tunnel construction machinery supporting processes and high altitude tunnel supporting basic pattern.Thesis research results to improve the chola mountain tunnel construction machinery associated working efficiency and reduce the negative impact of the high altitude environment on the construction machinery equipment provides the technical support,but in the following areas still need further perfect,can provide reference for the future high altitude tunnel construction technology or reference.(1)the paper summarizes the existing tunnel construction machinery supporting principle,and according to the characteristics of the high altitude tunnel construction,to study and put forward the high altitude tunnel construction machinery matching principle.The matching principle of high altitude tunnel construction machinery related research literature is less,less research for the analysis of the engineering example,the thesis mainly relying on the chola mountain tunnel and other high altitude tunnel construction are studied,put forward the high altitude machinery matching principle is not comprehensive enough,follow-up study also response to high altitude conduct the thorough research to the tunnel construction machinery matching principle.(2)The paper put forward a high altitude tunnel construction machinery supporting process,according to the channel parameters and construction methods of mechanical equipment of every working procedure for the selection,then by the combination of form a complete set into a variety of construction machinery supporting plan,again through the evaluation,selection of appropriate construction machinery matching scheme.But high altitude tunnel construction machinery supporting method remains to be seen,for example,analysis of different elevation as a principal parameters and the tunnel construction machinery,the relationship
