Photovoltaic power to the distribution network can alleviate the pressure of the energy crisis and environmental protection.It can improve the power quality and the supply reliability of power grid,it can also reduce energy terminal power users of electricity expenses.Due to these advantages and the progress of the photovoltaic technology and industry,the use of photovoltaic power in distribution network is more extensive.Considering the influence of photovoltaic power for power flow,voltage and the influence of reliability and the characteristics of the random output of photovoltaic power,optimizing reasonably the capacity and location of photovoltaic power in distribution network and realizing The best combination of photovoltaic power and distribution network is the meaning of distribution network planning including photovoltaic power,it is also the key content of this paper.First,the characteristics of photovoltaic power and the influence of photovoltaic power to distribution network are studied in this paper.Analysis of the difference of distribution network planning including photovoltaic power and traditional distribution network planning.Using stochastic programming model and modified particle swarm algorithm solve the problem of distribution network planning including photovoltaic power.In the study of planning,two kinds of planning are put forward in this paper.One is the capacity and location planning of photovoltaic power,another is distribution network extended planning including photovoltaic power.In the capacity and location planning of photovoltaic power,Aiming at the condition that the power grid structure does not change,only considering the best capacity and location of photovoltaic power in distribution network,the goal including annual investment and operation cost,power purchase cost,power distribution network loss cost and subsidies cost,the purpose is to get the minimum sum of these goal.Voltage,current and the constraints of operation of the photovoltaic power as Penalty factor join the objective function.Stochastic programming model also considers the random output of photovoltaic power.The distribution network extended planning including photovoltaic power is the basis of the capacity and location planning of photovoltaic power.And the same time,the objective function includes the cost of distribution network expansion.Considering the load growth,plan the additional lines and the capacity and location planning of photovoltaic power and regard the economy best as the goal.The modified particle swarm algorithm is used to solve two kinds of planning model.The modified particle swarm algorithm includes the particle swarm optimization with inertiaweight and chaos optimization.The modified particle swarm algorithm can solve the problems of slow convergence speed and easy to fall into local optimal solution.The numerical example selects the IEEE33 node distribution network.Numerical example results show that the reasonable capacity and location of photovoltaic power can reduce the distribution network loss,reduce the operation cost of the distribution network,improve the system voltage and enhance the load capacity of the system.At the same time,the simulation results prove that the algorithm in this paper is better than the standard particle swarm algorithm in the aspect of the planning results and convergence speed.The simulation results also prove that the model and algorithm are reasonable and feasible.This paper provides an effective method to the problem of the distribution network planning including photovoltaic power.
