Aerospace test launch is a high-cost,high-risk activities scientific experiment,and its success or failure has tremendous impact for the cause of human exploration of the universe.In order to ensure the safety and reliability of the flight,the rocket should be conducted with fault diagnosis.With the rapid development of China's space industry,the existing fault diagnosis model has become more and more unsuitable for the new situation.This paper analyzes the main methods of fault diagnosis,the research idea of fault diagnosis based on rocket telemetry parameters is put forward,which is based on the advantages of the test data of the launch field test,and the fault diagnosis platform based on the directed graph is designed and implemented.This paper firstly introduces the content and common technology of fault diagnosis,and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of various methods.According to the actual situation of the field emission,in the analysis of rocket telemetry physical parameters based on,using the correlation between the telemetry data,we put forward the fault diagnosis method based on the combination of directed graph and the fuzzy sets,using remote sensing data driven.In order to reduce the false alarm rate and false alarm rate of the fault diagnosis,the accuracy and completeness of the telemetry data are put forward.We studied the telemetry parameters preprocessing,decoding,interpretation of process automation,correlation analysis and other methods to ensure that the correct data-driven.Secondly,we describes the concept,modeling mechanism and procedures of the directional graph of fault propagation based on graph theory.On the basis of fault diagnosis model based on the use of fuzzy set theory,using graph theory search algorithm firstly,we search out the source of the fault candidates,followed by the use of fuzzy set theory to sort candidate source of the fault to give the priority system component failure.Finally,starting from the reality of aerospace test launch task,using fault diagnosis method proposed in this paper,combined with the research object,a rocket telemetry parameter-driven fault diagnosis system is designed.We have developed a fault diagnosis platform based on directed graph and fuzzy set for fault diagnosis of a rocket system,and make the simulation validation to determine the cause of failure.The research of this topic is of great significance to the safety and reliability of the rocket test launch.
