China as a country that vast in territory,a large population and the resources distribution unbalanced with the economy development,rail as important traffic infrastructure facilit y,is playing a crucial role for more than 100 years in the development of social economy of China for it's more efficient,cheaper transport capacity of passenger and freight than any other transport modes.In recent years,with the improvement of people's living standard,rapid transit railways have been loved by more and more people for their speed,convenience,comfort and etc.The construction of rail in China has made a great progress,the areas in Mid-east of China are full covered by the rails on the whole.The rapid increase of high-speed railway passenger flow greatly increasing the pressure of management and operation department,assuring rapid and efficient rally evocation of passenger flow is a prerequisite for it's effect that cities on traffic hub.In this article,the models and approaches of the forecast of present passenger flow volume are summarized from qualitative and quantitative angle,establishing the theory foundation to creation of short-term prediction model.On the basis of this,making the relativity analysis to the characteristics and impact factors of rapid transit railway's passenger flow,and concluding that the change of high-speed railway has complex nonlinear features,for this,proposing the precast model of RBF nerve network based on EEMD decomposition,and by using this model to make a precast for passenger flow volume of rapid transit railway station.High-speed railway passenger stations as important transfer hub of High-speed railway and urban traffic system,owing various of urban traffic flow feathers such as:pried of time,high density,rapid rally evocation and so on.High-speed railway passenger stations are of great importance to High-speed railway transport efficiency or to the traffic system's smooth of surrounded cities whether they are highly efficient or not.With the rapid increasing of High-speed railway station's passenger flow volume,in order to deal with the problem,the location and principle analysis of traffic connection planning that passes through the High-speed railway station are made in this article,and proposing the transportation supplement and requirement balance theory of High-speed railway station,optimizing the modes of rally and evacuation of passenger flow volume,in the past ten years,High-speed railway stations have been built and operated sequentially in various large and medium cities in China.Every High-speed railway station has the features of remote location,lager rally and evocation passenger flow in pried of time,many methods of connecting surrounded road systems.In this paper,Nan Chang was taken for example as mid China hub city to make analysis.With the opening of HuKun,XiangPu,HeFu routes and so on,the passenger flow volume of Nan Chang railway station has been increasing rapidly,with the running of Nan Chang West passenger station since 2013.Optimize the traffic supporting facilities of High-speed railway station by analyzing the traffic function of exist traffic supporting facilities of Nan Chang West railway station,and according the model of EEMD-RBF to precast the monthly traffic data of railway station in a year,so that making the services of High-speed railway station more convenient and efficient.
