According to the 13 th Five-Year Plan for the Development of Modern Integrated Transportation System,China will focus on solving the problem of the unreasonable connection of high-speed railway stations in transportation process,to effectively solve the problem of unreasonable utilization of transportation resources and achieve the goal of cooperative operation of various modes of transportation.Therefore,we should consider the advantages and disadvantages of the various modes of transportation,and make effectiove matching to achieve the goal of maximizing the use of resources.Through the integrated operation of transportation equipment,the rational allocation and utilization of resources are realized,and the service of public facilities is strengthened.Through distributed supply of different types of travel modes,the quality of service can be improved and the efficiency of passenger flow and freight transportation will also be improved.Based on this background,this paper deeply analyzes how to reasonable allocate the high-speed railway passenger transport pivot and urban traffic volume,as well as the selection of diversified traffic modes and traffic volume arrangements.Based on the inherent meaning of the high-speed railway passenger transport pivot and the angle of the characteristics of science and technology finance in diversified urban traffic connection model which is closely connected with it,this paper objectively analyzes the characteristics of the traffic transportation organization and the financial characteristics of the high-speed railway passenger transport pivot.As well as the various factors that really play a role in the passenger transfer process,and based on this,the total number of high-speed railway passenger transport pivot and urban traffic connections was built,and also the differentiated matching patterns,and then taking the concrete development situation of Harbin West Station as an example to expand the in-depth analysis.(1)Based on the scientific,technological and economic aspects,a comparative analysis of the various modes of transportation that are interconnected with the high-speed passenger transportation hub was conducted,and the advantages and disadvantages of various modes of transportation were elaborated in detail at the social level.It also provides some reasonable suggestions for selecting efficient transportation modes.(2)Taking the high-speed railway station at Harbin West Railway Station as a case study,and analyzing the process of connecting it with urban traffic,we understand the specific situation of passenger time of Harbin West Railway Station passenger terminal;According to the characteristics of passenger flow in passenger terminal,this paper analyzes the problems in connecting Harbin West Railway Station with urban traffic.(3)The combined model of the interaction and mutual influence of traffic flow in differential mode is constructed,and the role of convex combination algorithm in solving this problem is designed.(4)Analyze the case of Harbin West Railway Station and urban traffic connection,find out the transportation sharing method matching Harbin West Railway Station,and put forward relevant suggestions.
